Our area of expertise is Positive Communication skills in Sales, Customer Service and Collections/Debt Recovery roles. We work with people in many areas including, call centre agents, team leaders and managers and have worked extensively in the U.K. and Europe with clients such as ITT World Directories, Levi Strauss, Management Centre Europe, Lloyds TSB, The A.A. Vodafone and many utilities.
A positive communication training specialist with 33 years experience in design, delivery and coaching, she is enthusiastic and confident and has the ability to get people ‘on side’ quickly even when they are negative. She regularly has long standing contracts developing from a single course and ensures that team leaders and managers are given the right skills to carry on building confidence and not destroying it through lack of training and awareness.
